Generating meeting agenda with AI Companion

Meeting hosts can generate meeting agendas with the help of AI Companion. When scheduling a meeting, the host can generate an agenda using AI Companion, which actively provides suggestions and updates throughout the meeting. Host or meeting organizers can utilize previous documents or meetings as resources for AI to generate relevant agenda, or just let AI provide agenda based on meeting title with accurate time stamps for each section.

During the meeting, AI Companion helps the host maintain and update the agenda in real-time, and the host can grant participants edit access to adjust it based on ongoing discussions. Meeting agenda can be shared and accessed and edited in Zoom Docs.

How to generate a meeting agenda

When scheduling a new meeting

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
  2. Schedule a meeting.
  3. From the new event window, click the Add meeting agenda, description or attachments field.
  4. Click Generate agenda.

When modifying a scheduled meeting

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
  2. Click the Calendar or Meeting tab.
  3. Select a scheduled meeting. This will open the meeting card.
    Another option is to click the ellipsis next to the event title, then Edit.
  4. From the event window, click Generate agenda.
