- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Analytics & Reports then Zoom Phone.
The Zoom Phone analytics and reports will appear.

Access Dashboard for Zoom Phone
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Dashboard.
- At the top of the page, click the Phone tab.
