Viewing the Zoom Phone Spam dashboard

The Zoom Phone Spam Dashboard tracks spam detection for direct PSTN calls to users, showing data from the feature’s launch onward. It reports the number of calls marked as spam or maybe spam, total inbound calls, unique callers, and wrongly marked spam. It also highlights the top 100 phone numbers most impacted by spam and the top 100 spam callers, helping admins spot trends and assess filtering accuracy.

How to access the Spam dashboard

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Dashboard.
  3. At the top of the page, click the Phone tab.
    Note: If the Phone tab isn't visible, click the ellipsis , then click Phone to access the tab.
    The Zoom Phone Dashboard will appear.
  4. Click the Spam tab.
  5. (Optional) At the top of the page, filter the Spam dashboard:

Inbound Calls

The Inbound Calls section of the Zoom Phone Spam Dashboard displays a chart showing the volume of direct PSTN calls categorized as Spam, Maybe Spam, Not Spam, and Wrongly Marked Spam over specific date ranges, allowing admins to track trends and changes in spam activity over time.

Hover your cursor over the chart to view the date and percentages of the Spam, Maybe SpamNot Spam, and Wrongly Marked Spam categories.

Top 100 Impacted Phone Numbers

View the top 100 phone numbers that have received spam and maybe spam calls.

You can view the phone number, total calls, spam calls, maybe spam calls, and to whom the number is assigned.

Top 100 Spam Callers

View the top 100 callers who were tagged as spam or maybe spam.

You can view the caller phone numbers, total calls, auto-mark spam for calls status, manual mark status, and the number of calls made.
