Enabling or disabling gallery view recording

Account owners and admins can configure video engagement recording policies to capture the gallery view alongside shared screen content. This setting allows recording of both consumer and agent video feeds simultaneously, rather than only the active speaker. Admins can choose to record the active speaker with shared screen or record the gallery view with shared screen at both the account and queue levels.
