How to disable join by phone

If you would like to configure your settings so that participants can join only via meeting audio and can’t join via phone, you can change the allowed audio types. 

Note: For a Free account, Computer Audio is the only Audio Type available. 

Change the setting for an existing scheduled meeting

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. From the navigation menu, select Meetings.
3. Hover your cursor over the meeting entry and click Edit.
4. Under Audio, locate and select the Computer Audio option.
5. Click Save. 
   Note: If Audio type is disabled and locked,  contact your account administrator. 

Make the setting the default for future scheduled meetings

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. From the navigation menu, select Settings.
3. Click the Meeting tab.
4. Under Schedule Meeting, locate and select the Computer Audio option.
5. Click Save. 
   Note: If Audio type is disabled and locked,  contact your account administrator.
