Navigating Video Management landing page

Zoom Video Management lets users efficiently search, organize, and view videos, playlists, and channels that are within their organization, shared to them, or marked as favorite.

Navigation menu

The Video Management page has a navigation menu in the left sidebar that directs you through the different content sections:

Content details

Each content section in the navigation menu displays content in different levels of detail:

Preview cards

Preview cards display the following basic information:

Channel detail page

A channel's detail page is the management center for videos and playlist within that channel. It can be accessed in multiple ways, such as by searching for videos or by selecting a channel listed under Starred channels, Shared with me channels, and More channels.

Playlist detail page

A playlist's detail page serves as the central hub for browsing videos within that playlist. It can be accessed by selecting a playlist in any of Zoom Video Management's content list or gallery.

Video player

The video player lets viewers watch video content and comes integrated with basic information, metadata, smart features, user interaction features, and links to resources and other content. It can be accessed by selecting a video in any of Zoom Video Management's content list or gallery.

Home

This section provides a central space to search for videos, ask for external support, discover recent channel updates, continue watching videos, and have quick access to starred channels.

Search video

The search field at the top of the page lets you conveniently find videos using the following filter options:

Zoom resources

To access resources for getting support or providing feedback, in the top-right corner, click the question mark icon and select one of the following:

Overview

This section shows performance summary. You can find performance summary and more comprehensive analytics in the Content Management Overview. To switch to that page, in the top-right corner, click View more.

Recently updated channels

This section lets you manage channels with recent content updates. To expand the channel gallery, in the top-right corner of this section, click View more.

Continue watching

This section lets you continue with videos you already watched partway through.

Recent

This section lets you manage recent videos in the entire organization. Similar to the Home page, it also features a search field with filters for quickly finding specific videos.

All channels

This section lets you manage a list of all channels in the entire organization with partial video galleries. To expand the video gallery, in the top-right corner of that channel, click View more.

Similar to the Home page, it features a search field with filters for quickly finding specific videos.

Starred channels

This section lists channels you marked as favorite. Selecting a channel from this list shows and lets you explore its channel detail page.

Shared with me channels

This section lists channels shared to you. Selecting a channel from this list shows and lets you explore its channel detail page.

More channels

This section lists up to five other channels within the entire organization. Selecting a channel from this list shows and lets you explore its channel detail page. To expand the list to the rest of the channels within the entire organization, click Show more at the bottom of the section.
