The Content Management Overview allows account owners and admins to view the entire account's channel/video analytics, which includes performance summaries, recent activities, growth trends, and channel/video rankings. Additionally, account owners and admins get quick access to common content management functions.

In the left sidebar, click Overview.
Note: These options require creator permissions.
By default, the analytics shown in the overview covers the last 30 days. To view analytics over a shorter or longer period of time, select the drop-down menu at the top left of the summary and choose from the preferred range of time.
This section displays the following performance metrics for the account and their growth/decline rate over time:
Total views
Total watch time (hrs)
Unique viewers
Average engagement rate (%)
This section displays the most recent activities for channels/videos in the account. To filter the recent activity feed by type of activity, select the drop-down menu at the right of the panel and choose from the following:
All
Starred
Comments
Reactions
This section displays various trends for channels in the account. To switch the view to a different trend chart, select its respective tab:
Views
Watch time
Unique views
Average engagement rate
Note: To filter the trends chart by channel, click the filter icon at the right of the panel and select which channels to include.
This section displays the following top rankings for the account:
Popular channel(s)
Popular videos
Viewer ranking
Note:
By default, the lists only display the top 5 rankings. To display a list's rankings beyond the top 5, click Show all at the bottom of that list.
By default, the Popular channel(s) and Popular videos lists only display the top 5 ranked by total views. To change the ranking metric for either list, select the drop-down menu at the right of that list's panel and choose from the following:
Watch time
Views
Average engagement rate (%)
To download a CSV report:
To the right of the metric or chart that you want to download as a CSV file, click the download icon .
A CSV file will download on your computer.
