Video Management enables creators to organize their content effectively through creating and managing video channels. Add videos and playlist, manage collaborators, control channel visibility, publish or unpublish channels, and more.

Managing a channel has the following limitations:
Video Management has multiple entry points for creating a channel.
In the left sidebar, click the add icon .
Click Create channel.
A channel creation window will appear.
In the left sidebar, click Content management.
This will switch the view to the Content Management page.
In the left sidebar, click Overview.
At the top the Overview page, click Create channel.
A channel creation window will appear.
In the left sidebar, click Content management.
This will switch the view to the Content Management page.
In the left sidebar, click Channels.
At the top right the Channels page, click Create channel.
A channel creation window will appear.
Under Channel icon & name:
(Optional) Click the icon frame, then choose an icon to use.
Enter a name for your channel.
(Optional) Under Description, enter a short description of your channel.
(Optional) Under Thumbnail, click the thumbnail and upload a thumbnail image
Note: The maximum file size is 30 MB.
Click Create.
This will display the created channel detail page and will list the channel under My channels in the Content Management page.
In the left sidebar, click Content management.
This will switch the view to the Content Management page.
In the left sidebar, click Channels.
Find and select the chosen channel from the list. If needed, use the search, sort, and filter options to find it.
This will display the created channel detail page.
In the left sidebar, click Content management.
This will switch the view to the Content Management page.
In the left sidebar under My channels, click the chosen channel.
This will display the created channel detail page.
To the right of the channel name, click the more icon .
Choose from the following options, as applicable:
Edit basic info: Lets you edit the channel's name, icon, and description
Copy link: Lets you share the unique URL of the channel
Delete: Lets you delete an unpublished channel
Collaborators can edit the channel and add or remove their own videos, but can't modify collaborator permissions or channel visibility.
You can have up to 10 collaborators to help you manage the channel.
At the top right of the channel detail page, click Manage permissions.
A permission management window will appear.
Click Channel collaborators.
To remove a collaborator, select the drop-down menu to the right then Remove.
To add a collaborator, enter their contact or email in the invitation field, then click Invite.
Each invitee will automatically receive the invitation confirmation email. The collaborators list will be updated with their username and an option to resend the invitation for as long as they haven't joined the channel yet.
Note: To complete the process, the invitee must confirm by clicking Join channel in the email.
Channel visibility could be shared to specific users, the entire account/organization, or the entire public.
At the top right of the channel detail page, click Manage permissions.
A permission management window will appear.
Click Channel visibility.
To change a collaborator's channel visibility, select the drop-down menu to the right, then choose between Can view or remove.
To change general channel visibility, select the drop-down menu at the bottom left, then choose between the following:
Only people with access: Visible to owner and collaborators
Anyone in {account/organization name}: Visible to anyone in the account/organization using the link
Anyone with link: Visible to anyone in the public using the link
Note: The total number of unique viewers that can get visibility across all your channels are based on your current plan. This includes unique viewers from within your organization and in the public, if you shared visibility to those groups.
By default, a channel starts out unpublished and is visible only to its owner and collaborators. An unpublished channel with one or more videos in it can be published, after which it follows its channel visibility settings until its owner unpublishes it.
Click Publish or Unpublish, as applicable.
Note: The channel's public URL will be generated after the first time that channel becomes published.
You can add videos to a channel from a video library. With Zoom Clips enabled, you can also add videos by creating recorded clips or uploading videos.
Click the Home tab.
Under Videos, click Add videos.
Click Select from library.
A detailed video selection window will appear.
Find and select the chosen videos, then click Add. If needed, use the search, sort, and filter options to find the videos.
Note: You can only select up to 20 videos at a time.
The thumbnails of the added videos will appear in the channel detail page.
Click the Home tab.
Under Videos, click Add videos.
Click Record a video clip.
This will launch the Zoom Clips window for creating the clip.
Finish recording the clip.
The thumbnail of the added video will appear in the channel detail page.
Click the Home tab.
Under Playlists, click Add playlists.
A detailed playlist selection window will appear.
Find and select the chosen playlists, then click Add. If needed, use the search, sort, and filter options to find the playlists.
Note: You can only select up to 20 playlists at a time.
The thumbnails of the added playlists will appear in the channel detail page.
A duplicate channel has the basic info and all video content of the channel it copied.
In the left sidebar, click Content management.
This will switch the view to the Content Management page.
In the left sidebar, click Channels.
Find chosen channel from the list. If needed, use the search, sort, and filter options to find it.
To the right of the channel name, click the more icon .
Click Duplicate.
A channel duplicate window will appear.
Note: The following options are also available when you click the more icon:
(Optional) If you want the duplicate channel to have the same collaborators, click Keep channel collaborators the same.
Click Duplicate.
