Account owners and admins can view channel analytics from the content management page, which includes performance summaries, growth trends, and video rankings.

In the left sidebar under My channels, find and select the channel.
To the right of the channel detail page, click the more icon .
Click Channel analytics.
In the left sidebar, click Channels.
Find the channel from the list, then click the more icon .
Click Channel analytics.
By default, the channel analytics shown covers the last 30 days. To view analytics over a shorter or longer period of time, select the drop-down menu at the top left of the summary and choose from the preferred range of time.
This section displays the following performance metrics for the channel and their growth/decline rate over time:
Total views
Total watch time
Unique viewers
Average engagement rate
This section displays a list of videos and their performance metrics over time:
Video name
Note: This column also displays the video type (clip, meeting recording, webinar recording, or event recording)
Total views
Total downloads
Unique views
Average engagement rate
Comments
Reactions
By default, the list only displays the top 10 videos ranked by views.
To display rankings beyond the top 10, click Show all at the bottom of the list.
To change the ranking metric for the list, select the drop-down menu at the top right of that list's panel and choose from the following:
Watch time
Views
Average engagement rate (%)
To download a CSV report:
To the right of the metric or chart that you want to download as a CSV file, click the download icon .
A CSV file will download on your computer.
