How to access a video channel's analytics

Access from a channel detail page

  1. Access the content management page.

  2. In the left sidebar under My channels, find and select the channel.

  3. To the right of the channel detail page, click the more icon .

  4. Click Channel analytics.

Access from the Channels page

  1. Access the content management page.

  2. In the left sidebar, click Channels.

  3. Find the channel from the list, then click the more icon .

  4. Click Channel analytics.

How to navigate the Zoom Video Management channel analytics page

Time range filter

By default, the channel analytics shown covers the last 30 days. To view analytics over a shorter or longer period of time, select the drop-down menu at the top left of the summary and choose from the preferred range of time.

Performance summary

This section displays the following performance metrics for the channel and their growth/decline rate over time:

Video Ranking

This section displays a list of videos and their performance metrics over time:

By default, the list only displays the top 10 videos ranked by views.

How to download CSV reports

To download a CSV report:

  1. Access the channel's analytics page.

  2. To the right of the metric or chart that you want to download as a CSV file, click the download icon .
    A CSV file will download on your computer.
