Using Zoom Phone voicemail drop

How to access voicemail drop

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Phone.
  3. Click the Settings tab.
  4. Under Others, locate the Voicemail drop setting.

How to add voicemail messages to voicemail drop

  1. Access voicemail drop.
  2. To the right of Voicemail drop, click Manage.
    A pop-up window will appear.
  3. In the window, set pre-recorded voicemail messages for calls:
    Note: You can add up to 3 voicemail messages. The top one will be automatically set as the default.
    1. Click Add voicemail message.
    2. Click either the Upload tab or Record by Computer:
      • After clicking the Upload tab, complete the following actions:
        1. Enter a Name for the voicemail message.
        2. Under Voicemail message upload, upload an MP3 or WAV audio file.
          Note: The file can be up to 10 MB with a maximum length of 45 seconds.
        3. Click Add.
      • After clicking the Record by Computer tab, complete the following actions
        1. Enter a Name for the voicemail message.
        2. Under Record Audio, click the Record button to start recording the voicemail message.
          Notes:
          • While recording, press the Pause button to pause the recording or the Stop button to stop the recording.
          • The recording can have up to a maximum length of 45 seconds.
        3. Click Add.

  2. To the right of Voicemail drop, click Manage.

Windows | macOS | Linux
  1. Make or receive a call.
  2. In the in-call controls, click More , then click Voicemail Drop.
    The Voicemail Drop icon will appear in the keypad.
  3. In the keypad, click the Voicemail Drop icon.
    A pop-up window will appear.
  4. In the window, select the voicemail message you want to send.
    Note: Make sure to send the voicemail message after the beep; the call will end once you send it.
  5. Click Send.
    The call will be automatically disconnected after sending the voicemail message.
Android | iOS
  1. Make or receive a call.
  2. In the in-call controls, tap More , then tap Voicemail Drop.
    The Voicemail Drop icon will appear in the keypad.
  3. In the keypad, tap the Voicemail Drop icon.
    A pop-up window will appear.
  4. In the window, select the voicemail message you want to send.
    Note: Make sure to send the voicemail message after the beep; the call will end once you send it.
  5. Tap Send.
    The call will be automatically disconnected after sending the voicemail message.
