Using automated conversation tags for Zoom Revenue Accelerator

Once a conversation has been automatically tagged, additional features of Zoom Revenue Accelerator can be used to process that conversation for further. With automated conversation tags, conversations can be filtered in the Conversations page for quick sorting, have Indicators assigned to them, and be automatically scored all based on their assigned automated conversation tags.

How to filter the conversations list with automated conversation tags

Windows | macOS | Linux
  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
  2. In the navigation toolbar, click Revenue Accelerator, then Conversations.
    Note: If you do not see Revenue Accelerator, reveal the tab by clicking More .
  3. Click Advanced filters.
    A pop-up will appear.
  4. Under Other, in the Conversation tags box, enter the conversation tags you wish to sort by.
    Note: If there are no active tags in your account, an account admin will need to activate Zoom Revenue Accelerator automated tags before this can be used.
  5. Click Apply.
    Only conversations tagged with the automated tags you selected will appear in the list.
Web
  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Click Revenue Accelerator, then Conversations.
  3. Click Advanced filters.
    A pop-up will appear.
  4. Under Other, in the Conversation tags box, enter the conversation tags you wish to sort by.
    Note: If there are no active tags in your account, an account admin will need to activate Zoom Revenue Accelerator automated tags before this can be used.
  5. Click Apply.
    Only conversations tagged with the automated tags you selected will appear in the list.

How to edit existing tags in a conversation

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Click Revenue Accelerator, then Conversations.
  3. Click the conversation you wish to view.
    The conversation details page will open.
  4. Under the conversation title, hover over the tags icon , then click the pencil icon in the pop-up that appears.
    The Edit tags window will appear.
  5. In the Edit tags window, make your changes to the existing automated tags applied to the conversation.
  6. Click Save to save your changes or Cancel to undo them.

How to use automated tags in Revenue Accelerator automations

Once an automated tag is applied to a conversation, this can be used to apply other elements of Zoom Revenue Accelerator to the conversation based on its assigned tag(s). Briefs, Indicators, and Scorecards can all use automated tags to enhance their functionality.

Using automated tags with Conversation Briefs

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as a user with the privilege to access account settings.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Account Management, then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab, then AI models use.
  4. Under Conversation Briefs, click Manage brief instructions.
    You will be taken to the brief management page.
  5. Click either the External conversations or Internal conversations tab, then click Add brief instructions.
  6. Fill out the details for your brief.
  7. Click Save.
    Conversations with the assigned tag will have your brief instructions assigned to them.

Using automated tags with Indicators

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as a user with the privilege to access account settings.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Account Management, then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab, then Analytics.
  4. Under Indicators, click Manage Indicators.
    You will be taken to the indicator management page.
  5. Click Add Indicator or click the ellipsis and then click Edit to change an existing Indicator.
  6. In the Tag-specific conversations field, search for the automated tag(s) you wish to have considered by the Indicator. Only conversations with this tag will have the Indicator applied.
  7. Fill out the rest of the custom Indicator’s fields.
  8. Click Save.

Using automated tags with with scoring automations

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as a user with the privilege to manage scorecards
  2. In the navigation pane, click Revenue Accelerator, then Coaching.
  3. Click Scoring, then Scoring automation.
  4. On the new page, click Add automation or edit an existing automation.
  5. Click Add Condition rule, then Add Condition rule to create a new rule for your automation.
  6. In the new rule’s Condition dropdown, select Conversation tags.
  7. In the new rule’s Operator dropdown, select is any of (to apply the scorecard to conversations with at least one of the tags you choose for this automation) or is none of (to apply the scorecard to conversations that do not have any of the tags you choose for this automation).
  8. In the new rule’s Search by tag name field, search for and select any tag(s) you wish to apply to the rule.
  9. Fill out the rest of the automation’s fields.
  10. Click Save.
