Requirements for Zoom Video Management
How does it work for Pro, Business, and Enterprise accounts?
New and existing Zoom Workplace Pro, Zoom Workplace Pro Plus, Zoom Workplace Business, Zoom Workplace Business Plus, and Zoom Workplace Enterprise accounts can use Zoom Video Management without purchasing plans to a limit of 25
unique viewers. The unique viewer limit is reset with each monthly billing cycle.
Reaching 25 unique viewers
When an account without an upgraded plan reaches the 25
unique viewer limit, video content across all channels becomes unavailable for the duration of the monthly billing cycle to users that aren't counted as unique viewers. The unique viewer limit is reset with each monthly billing cycle.
When an additional user outside the unique viewer list tries to access video content:
- User (26th unique viewer): The content page displays a message that the channel is currently unavailable, advises the viewer to contact the account admin, and provides an option to go back to the Video Management Home.
- Admin and user (creator): The creator receives a notification email to inform them that a viewer was blocked from accessing their channel because of unique viewer limit, and the Video Management Home and Content Management Overview display a banner to remind them of the unique viewer limit.
- Admin: The email and banner provide an entry point link to upgrade the Zoom Video Management plan.
- User (creator): The email and banner provide an entry point link to this article to help them learn more about purchasing Zoom Video Management plans.
What is a unique viewer?
Zoom Video Management is priced per unique viewer per account. A unique viewer is an individual user who has watched a video at least once within a month. Each viewer is counted only once per month regardless of how many videos they watch. The unique viewer limit is reset with each monthly billing cycle.
