Included storage: Each account includes 10TB of storage at no additional cost, specifically allocated for migrated content from third-party systems.
Additional storage: Any usage beyond the included 10TB, including third-party ingested data, may incur additional charges based on specific storage SKUs.
Note: One-time storage for third-party ingested data must be negotiated in advance.
Paid Zoom Video Management users: Storage usage is covered by the storage allocation included in the user's Workplace Plan. Any new data added will count toward existing storage limits.
Purchasing additional storage: If more storage is needed, you can purchase additional capacity as an add-on or through a new, commit-based cloud storage plan.
