Changing the Online Fax location in the Zoom Workplace app Users can access the Online Fax functionality as a tab under the Zoom Phone interface rather than as a separate top navigation item. On the Zoom Workplace desktop app, the Fax tab appears alongside Voicemail , History , and SMS options within the Phone tab. Desktop users maintain the flexibility to move the Fax tab back to the top navigation bar if preferred.
Mobile users can access the Fax tab through the Reorder menu, with visibility controlled by the Online Fax policy settings .

Online Fax has the following limitations:
The feature will be disabled by default, and administrators must accept usage-based rates before enabling it for their organization. Online Fax currently supports black and white faxes. If the Call Screening setting is enabled for a phone user, devices will not be able to receive any third-party faxes. If the Block Calls without Caller ID or Block External Calls settings are enabled for a phone user, devices will not be able to receive any third-party faxes. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app. Click your profile picture, then click Settings . In the left navigation menu, click the Phone tab. Under Tab management , click the Show Fax in navigation toolbar toggle to enable or disable it.Fax tab will appear in the top navigation toolbar in the Zoom Workplace app. When disabled, Online Fax will appear as a tab within the Phone tab's interface.

Sign in to the Zoom mobile app. Tap More Reorder to reorder the Fax tab in the navigation menu. Tap Done .
