Managing facial recognition check-in for visitors

Facial recognition check-in allows pre-registered visitors to check in at kiosks using their photo instead of manually entering a code. This feature reduces friction during the check-in process by using visitor photos that are already collected during registration. Visitors can provide consent for facial recognition either during the registration process or directly at the kiosk. When enabled, the kiosk captures a photo and uses facial recognition technology to automatically check in visitors if their photo matches a registered visitor for that location and time. Manual code entry remains available as an alternative check-in method.
