Managing Chinese phone numbers and SIP zone compliance

Local regulations require Chinese Native Toll DDI numbers to be used only in China and registered to the HKG2 SIP Zone. Zoom has identified Chinese DDIs that do not align with this requirement in your account and requests that you reassign the sites containing the Chinese DDIs to the allowed SIP Zone or move the numbers to another site assigned to HKG2. Any sites that still contain Chinese DDIs on January 26, 2026, will be moved to the HKG2 SIP Zone.

Note: Chinese toll numbers cannot be used outside of China.
