Specifying top and local zones for Hybrid Meetings

Organizations can deploy a two-tier meeting architecture with defined top and local meeting zones. Once top and local zones are enabled, hybrid meetings will automatically be hosted within the designated top meeting Zone, while participants will connect to MMRs within their local meeting zone. This allows organizations to optimize network connectivity and performance for meetings hosted over multiple physical locations.

For example, in situations where an organization has a headquarters and smaller branch offices, the headquarters would be designated as the top zone and the branch offices as local zones. With this setup, network usage between locations would be minimized to communication between the top and local MMRs.
