Attributes

AttributeDescription
zoomContactCenterAddonsPlan
The Zoom Contact Center plan to assign to the user. If you do not provide this value, the user will not be assigned to a Zoom Contact Center Add-on package. Add-on package includes the Zoom Contact Center AI Expert Assist package. This field is optional.
zoomContactCenterPackage
The Zoom Contact Center plan to assign to the user. If you do not provide this value, the user will not be assigned to a Zoom Contact Center plan. Package option includes:
  • Zoom Contact Center Essentials package
  • Zoom Contact Center Premium package
  • Zoom Contact Center Elite package
zoomContactCenterRegion
The Zoom Contact Center region to assign to the user. If you do not provide this value, Zoom automatically assigns the main region to the user.
zoomContactCenterRole
The Zoom Contact Center role to assign to the user. If you do not provide this value, Zoom assigns the default agent role to the user.
zoomContactCenterUserTemplate
The Zoom Contact Center user template. When creating a new agent, you must use an Add-type template. If you include individual zoomContactCenter settings (such as zoomContactCenterRole) along with the zoomContactCenterUserTemplate field, these individual settings will override the corresponding settings in the user template.

When sending an SCIM request for an existing contact center agent with an add-type user template, the system will ignore the template since the user already exists in the system.
