Using the email-to-fax feature

Users with Online Fax enabled can send faxes directly from their email by addressing them to specific fax numbers. Email to fax is a feature that allows customers to send an email to phonenumber@sendfax.zoom.us, and the attachment included in the email will be sent out as a fax. Sent faxes appear in the user's Sent folder for easy reference.

How to use the email-to-fax feature

Windows | macOS | Linux
  1. Open your preferred email application, such as Gmail, Outlook, or iCloud Mail.
  2. In the To field, enter the recipient’s fax number followed by @sendfax.zoom.us.
    Note: The phone number must be in the format country code + phone number. For example: 18162345678@sendfax.zoom.us.
  3. Attach the files you want to fax.
    Note: Supported formats include PDF, JPG, JPEG, TXT, PNG, DOC, and DOCX, with a maximum size of 50 MB.
  4. When your message and attachments are ready, click Send.
    Sent faxes will appear in the Sent folder.
Android | iOS
