Using the email-to-fax feature

Email-to-fax allows authorized users to send faxes directly from their email client. To use this feature, a fax number must be assigned to a shared line group, call queue, or auto receptionist. Once configured, emails sent from addresses authorized under that asset are automatically converted to faxes and sent using the associated fax number as the caller ID. Sent faxes appear in the user's Sent folder for easy reference.
