Managing Enterprise spam labeling registration in Number Management

After purchasing the Zoom Enterprise Spam Registration license, account owners and admins can register their business and their phone numbers through the Enterprise spam labeling registration section in Number Management in the admin web portal.

To register, admins must provide business details, including legal name, industry, number of employees, and website. After completing registration, the business and its phone numbers will be shared with major US carriers and their analytic partners.

Note: All phone numbers will be automatically registered regardless of country, product, or native status.

How to complete enterprise spam labeling registration

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Number Management then Phone Numbers.
  3. At the top of the page, click Related Features, then click Enterprise spam labeling registration.
    You will be directed to the enterprise spam labeling registration page.
  4. Under Company summary, enter the following information:

  6. Select the checkbox: I confirm that I am authorized to register phone numbers with 3rd parties on behalf of this organization and take responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of all information provided.
  7. Click Submit.
