Managing Enterprise spam labeling registration in Number Management

After purchasing the Zoom Enterprise Spam Registration license, account owners and admins can register their business and their phone numbers through the Enterprise spam labeling registration section in Number Management in the admin web portal.

To register, admins must provide business details, including legal name, industry, number of employees, and website. After completing registration, the business and its phone numbers will be shared with major US carriers and their analytic partners.

Note: All phone numbers will be automatically registered regardless of country, product, or native status.

Requirements for enterprise spam labeling registration

• Account owner or admin privileges
• Zoom Enterprise Spam Registration license
• A license for the product you want to manage in Number Management:
  • Zoom Contact Center license
  • Zoom Phone license: Zoom Phone Pro, a Zoom Phone calling plan, or Zoom Workplace bundles containing Zoom Phone
• (Optional) Zoom Auto Dialer add-on for Zoom Phone

How to enable spam monitoring & remediation

If you are not enrolled in spam monitoring and remediation, you must submit your business profile to enable this for your phone numbers.

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
2. In the navigation menu, click Number Management then Number Reputation.
3. On the page, click Enable spam monitoring and remediation.
4. Complete enterprise spam labeling registration.

How to complete enterprise spam labeling registration

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
2. In the navigation menu, click Number Management then Number Reputation.
   You will be directed to the enterprise spam labeling registration page.
3. Under Company summary, enter the following information:
   • Business legal name*
   • Public business name*
   • Industry*
   • Number of employees
   • Object (contact)
   • Name
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Job title
   • DUNS number
     Note: This is a unique 9-digit number issued by Duns and Bradstreet.
   • Employer identification number
4. Under Company address, enter the following information:
   • Country*
   • City*
   • Region
   • Postcode
   • Street address line 1
   • Street address line 2
5. Select the checkbox: I confirm that I am authorized to register phone numbers with 3rd parties on behalf of this organization and take responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of all information provided.
6. Click Submit.

Notes:

• Zoom will provide this information to register your business and phone numbers with the wireless carriers and their analytics providers. This can improve your numbers' reputations.
• * indicates a required field.

How to view the enterprise spam labeling registration

After registering your business and phone numbers, you can view your registration in Number Management.

1. Access Number Reputation.
2. In the top-right corner, click View registration.
   You will be directed to the Number Reputation Registration page, where you can view details about the Enterprise spam labeling registration.

This information will be sent to a third-party vendor that will vet the customer information. Registration requirements are not up to Zoom.
