Transferring call data from Zoom Phone to Contact Center

Account owners and admins can pass selected information from Zoom Phone when transferring phone calls to Contact Center. All transferred calls will include the caller name/ID of both the original caller and the transfer initiator.

How to enable or disable transferring call data to Contact Center

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Phone System Management then Company Info.
  3. At the top of the page, click Account Settings.
  4. Under Preference, locate the Transferring call data to Contact Center setting.
  5. Select the Conversation summary checkbox to enable transfer to Zoom Contact Center. Deselect the checkbox to disable transfer to Zoom Contact Center.
