Requirements for managing GPS coordinates for emergency services

• Either a Zoom Workplace license with Phone included, or a standalone Zoom Phone calling plan
• Account owner or admin privileges

How to access GPS coordinates for emergency services

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
2. In the navigation menu, click Phone System Management then Company Info.
3. At the top of the page, click Account Settings.
4. Click the Emergency Services tab.
5. Under GPS Coordinates, to the right of the GPS Coordinates setting, click Manage.
   You will be directed to the GPS Coordinates page.

How to add GPS coordinates for emergency services

1. Access GPS coordinates for emergency services.
2. At the top of the page, click Add.
   A pop-up window will appear.
3. In the window, enter the following information:
   • Description: Enter a description for the coordinate.
   • Latitude: Enter the coordinate's latitude.
   • Longitude: Enter the coordinate's longitude.
4. Click Save.

2. To the right of the GPS coordinate, click the ellipsis , then click Edit.
3. Edit the coordinate details, then click Save.

Delete one coordinate

1. Access GPS coordinates for emergency services.
2. To the right of the GPS coordinate, click the ellipsis , then click Delete.
   A confirmation window will appear.
3. In the window, click Delete to confirm.

Delete multiple coordinates

1. Access GPS coordinates for emergency services.
2. To the left of the coordinates you want to delete, select the coordinates' checkboxes.
3. In the top-left corner of the page, click Delete to remove the selected coordinates.
   A confirmation window will appear.
4. In the window, click Delete to confirm.
