Using AI indicators for Zoom Revenue Accelerator

In addition to using keyword indicators, Zoom Revenue Accelerator offers AI-powered indicators that can analyze all or specific conversations for key concepts or phrases to apply an indicator to. That indicator can then be used to feed additional automations, such as automated scorecards.

How to add a new AI indicator

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as a user with the privilege to manage Zoom Revenue Accelerator account settings.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Account Management, then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
  4. In the Analytics section, under Indicators, click Manage indicators.
    You will be taken to the indicator management page.
  5. Click Add indicator, then Add AI indicator .
    You will be taken to the Add AI indicator page.

How to configure an AI indicator

  1. Add a new AI indicator.
  2. Configure the AI indicator’s settings as desired.
  3. Configure the AI indicator’s prompt.
