How to view and manage Accounts for Zoom Revenue Accelerator
The Accounts feature for Zoom Revenue Accelerator is designed for managing client accounts, providing a centralized platform to view and interact with customer information. It enables users to access detailed client account data, navigate and customize account lists, and filter information on both web and desktop applications. This tool also allows for in-depth exploration of individual client account details, including associated activities, contacts, and deals, facilitating effective sales and customer relationship management within the Zoom Revenue Accelerator ecosystem.

How to access Accounts
Web
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation pane, click Revenue Accelerator, then Accounts.
You will be taken to the Accounts list view.
Desktop
- Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
- In the top navigation pane, click
Revenue Accelerator.
Note: You may need to click
More if you do not see the Revenue Accelerator option. - In the left sidebar, click
Accounts.
You will be taken to the Accounts list view.
How to navigate the Accounts list
Customizing and filtering the Accounts list
- Access
Accounts.
You will see the Accounts list view. - Filter and navigate Accounts in the following ways:
- Under Scope, choose from My accounts, My team’s accounts, My segment’s accounts, My region’s accounts, and All accounts.
- Under Industry, select which industry you wish to view. Once selected, only accounts with the designated industry will appear in the list.
- Next to Annual revenue, click the
sort icon to sort by highest or lowest annual revenue.
- View the distribution of activity associated with Accounts in the following ways:
- Under Days | Weeks | Months, click one of those three options to change the time period of activity shown in the table. Clicking Months, for example, will break Account activity down by month, while a more granular activity view can be seen by selecting Days.
- Next to an Account in the list view, hover over one of the time period’s activity bars to be shown a card detailing the outbound and inbound activity for that account during that period of time.
Note: If there is no documented activity during that time period, no bar will be shown. - Click the left and right arrows
to move forward and backward through activity periods. If you are not showing the current time period, click the Today, This week, or This month button that appears to return to the current time period.
- You can customize the Accounts list view in the following ways:
- Hide columns by clicking the gear icon
, toggling the undesired columns off, and clicking Confirm. - Rearrange columns by click the gear icon
, clicking and holding the six dots
, dragging the column to the desired position in the table, and clicking Confirm.
- At the bottom of the table, click the left and right arrows
to shift through pages of accounts. Alternatively, click the number of the page you want to view.
Understanding the Accounts list
- Account name: The name of the Account. Click the Account’s name to be taken to its Overview page.
- Industry: The industry assigned to the Account, such as retail, technology, or manufacturing.
- Annual revenue: The annual revenue of the Account.
- Activity distribution: A log of inbound and outbound activity associated with the Account.
- Next conversation: The next scheduled conversation with the Account.
- Deals: A counter showing Deals associated with the Account. Click the counter to be taken to the Account’s Deals page.
- Contacts: A counter showing contacts associated with the account. Click the counter to be taken to the Account’s Contacts page.
- Account owner: The Zoom Revenue Accelerator representative who owns this Account.
How to navigate an Account’s details
- Access the Accounts list view.
- Click the name of the Account you wish to view.
- You will be taken to the Account’s Overview page.
- (Optional): At the top of the page, click Back to be taken back to the Accounts list view.
- Beneath the Account’s name and logo, you can click Contacts to be taken to the Account’s Contacts page, Deals to be taken to the Account’s Deals page, or Overview to be taken back to the Account’s Overview page.
- At the top of the page, click
Ask about account to bring up a generative AI that can be queried regarding the Account. - In the right-hand Account information panel, click the open link icon
to be taken to the Account’s details within your associated CRM. - In the Account information panel, additional details can be found:
- Website: a link to the account's website, if applicable.
- Annual revenue: the estimated gross annual revenue of the account.
- Status: Whether the account is currently active or inactive.
- Employees: The approximate range of employee headcount the account has.
- Last activity time: The date of the most recent activity that occurred with the account.
- Account tags: Tags for the account. These can be edited by clicking the pencil icon
. - Upcoming activities: A list of upcoming activities. Click View in calendar to see the activities in your integrated calendar.
Overview
In the Overview tab, you will see a variety of information that gives you a robust glance at the account's health and status. You can ask about the account, get customized insights regarding it, see risk signals and sentiment, and more.
Ask about account
Click the
Ask about account field and enter a question to have artificial intelligence generate a response to your query based on available data.
Customized insights
Customized insights generated by artificial intelligence can be found in this section. Clicking View all will expand the insights provided. To change the prompt that generates these insights, click the pencil icon
.
Risk signals
All risk signals associated with active deals will be consolidated into this column.
Customer sentiment
The current customer sentiment score.
Deal averages
Beneath the customer sentiment section, you can view the average deal size and velocity in addition the open deal count.
Contacts
In the Contacts page for an Account, a list of recorded contacts at the associated company can be found, pulled via the associated CRM. Any details provided about each contact will be populated in the Contacts table here, where those contacts can be searched.
Contacts page actions
The following can be done on the Contacts page:
- Copy a phone number: Next to the phone number of contact whose number you wish to copy, click the copy icon
. - Send an email: Click the email address of the contact you wish to send an email to. In the panel that appears, add any additional recipients needed, enter the subject and body of your email, then click
Send.

Contacts page information
The following information is available for contacts within the Contacts table:
- Contact name: The name of the contact.
- Department: The contact’s department within their organization.
- Title: The contact’s title within their organization.
- Phone: The contact’s phone number. Click the copy icon
to copy this phone number to your clipboard. - Email: The contact’s email. Click the email address to open a panel for composing and sending an email to the contact.
- Deals: The number of deals the contact is associated with.
Deals
An Account’s Deals page shows all open and closed deals associated with the chosen Account. On this page, deals can be filtered, sorted, and accessed directly. The total estimated value of each deal can also be accessed.
- Click the Open Deals option to show all open Deals.
- Click the Closed Deals option to show all closed Deals.
Sorting the Open Deals page
You can filter open Deals with the Account in the following ways:
- Scope: Click this dropdown to select the scope of the Deal, choosing from My Deals, My region, My segment, My team’s Deals, All Deals, or a specific team’s Deals by clicking Select team…
- Close date: Click this dropdown to select the period in which an open Deal is expected to close, choosing from Closing this month, Closing next month, Closing this quarter, Closing next quarter, All open Deals, or a Custom close date which allows you to select a specific range.
- Deal stage: Click this dropdown to select the stage of open Deals you wish to view. You may select multiple stages if desired.
- Deals with activities: Check this box if you only wish to see Deals with associated activities.
Viewing the Open Deals table
The open Deals table has the following information available:
- Deal: The name of the Deal. Click this to be taken to the Deal’s details page.
- Deal stage: The current stage of the Deal.

sort icon. - Deal size: The estimated monetary value of a Deal.
Note: You can sort the table by Deal size by clicking on the
sort icon. - Close date: The projected close date of the Deal.
Note: You can sort the table by close date by clicking on the
sort icon. - Probability: The projected chances of the Deal closing as a win.
Note: You can sort the table by close date by clicking on the
sort icon. - Owner: The Zoom Revenue Accelerator representative who owns the Deal.
- Last activity: The last documented activity for the Deal.

sort icon.
Sorting the Closed Deals page
You can filter closed Deals with the Account in the following ways:
- Scope: Click this dropdown to select the scope of the deal, choosing from My Deals, My region, My segment, My team’s Deals, All Deals, or a specific team’s Deals by clicking Select team…
- Closed date: Click this dropdown to select the date the Deal closed, choosing from Closed last month, Closed this month, Closed last quarter, Closed this quarter, All closed Deals, or a Custom close date which allows you to select a specific range.
- Closed Won: Uncheck this box to hide Deals that were won.
- Closed Lost: Uncheck this box to hide Deals that were lost.
Viewing the Closed Deals table
The closed Deals table has the following information available:
- Deal: The name of the Deal. Click this to be taken to the Deal’s details page.
- Deal stage: The current stage of the Deal.

sort icon. - Deal size: The estimated monetary value of a Deal.

Customizing the Open Deals and Closed Deals tables
You can customize the Deals table in the following ways:
- Hide columns by clicking the gear icon
, toggling the undesired columns off, and clicking Confirm. - Rearrange columns by click the gear icon

Activities
The Activities tab of an account’s details will show its full list of activities, including past and scheduled activities. These range from meetings to SMS contact points pertaining to that account.
Filtering the Activities page
- Click
Meeting to view only Meeting activities. - Click
Call to view only Call activities. - Click
Email to view only Email activities. - Click
SMS to view only SMS activities. - Click Days, Weeks, or Months to change the time period shown on the timeline.
- Click the
search bar to search for a specific activity.
Viewing a specific activity
- Locate the activity you wish to view.
- (Optional): Click the Conversation title at the top of the activity’s card to be taken to its associated Conversation.
- (Optional): Click the Deal title at the bottom of the activity’s card to be taken to its associated Deal.
- Additional details can be found within the activity’s card:
- Duration: The duration of the engagement can be found next to the Conversation title.
- Participants: If available, the profile images of participants in the conversation will be shown. Otherwise, a participant’s first initial will appear.
- Summary: A summary of the Conversation.
- Deal memo: Key terms from the Deal info page of the Conversation’s overview. In the Conversation’s page, click Overview, then Deal info to view more details about this memo.
- Engagement: The Engagement score for the Conversation.
- Sentiment: The Sentiment score for the Conversation.
