How to export a Zoom Revenue Accelerator conversation to Zoom Docs

Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) and Zoom Docs can be utilized in conjunction with one another to enhance the functionality of Revenue Accelerator. With the ZRA/Zoom Docs integration, Revenue Accelerator users can export their conversations directly to Zoom Docs for simplified management and viewing to improve deal tracking and review. This article covers exporting Revenue Accelerator conversations to Zoom Docs.

How to export a conversation

What is exported

The following information is included in the export from the Conversation to the newly-created Zoom Doc:

Web

Exporting from the web

From the conversation details page

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Revenue Accelerator, then Conversations.
  3. In the list of conversations, click the conversation you want to export to a Zoom Doc.
  4. In the conversation details page, click the  Export to doc button.
    The export page will appear.
    Note: If the interaction is already linked to a document, an  Open in docs button that opens an existing Zoom Doc will be present, instead.
  5. On the export page:
    • Check/uncheck the boxes next to the elements you wish to include in the exported document under the Conversation detail column.
    • Click the six dots  next to an element and drag it up or down to reorder it. This will change the order in which the elements appear in the resulting document.
      Note: An unchecked element cannot be rearranged.
  6. Click  Export.
    The conversation will be exported to Zoom Docs and a pop-up will appear notifying you that the conversation has been successfully exported.

From the conversation list

  4. Click Export to doc.

    •  Zoom Revenue Accelerator view button: a link that returns to the associated conversation within Zoom Revenue Accelerator.
    • Elements included when the document was generated (Deal memo, Next steps, etc.)
