Requirements for troubleshooting issues with Zoom Contact Center Bring Your Own Storage for AWS
- Account owner or admin privileges; or relevant role/privilege
- Zoom Contact Center license
- Configured AWS S3 bucket with the correct region and access credentials.
- BYOS feature must be enabled by Zoom. To have this feature enabled, submit a request to Zoom Support.
Upload errors or failures
Check your S3 bucket permissions, region settings, and access credentials. If using IAM roles, verify that trust policies are configured correctly.
File not found during playback
The file may have been deleted from your S3 bucket. Confirm the object still exists in S3.
Missing BYOS option in Preferences
Verify that the BYOS feature is enabled for your account. Contact
Zoom Support if it is not.
