How to enable Zoom Contact Center on mobile app

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Contact Center Management then Users.
  3. Click the display name of the user you want to edit.
  4. Under Profile, click the Mobile app toggle.
    Once enabled, the Contact Center tab will appear in the Zoom mobile app.
