When enabled, users can generate summaries of push-to-talk phone calls. After the call, the summary is available in both the Zoom Workplace app and the web portal. Users can also request to get caught up and receive a summary from AI Companion based on the ongoing conversation, including the summary time period, quick recap, next steps, and full summary. This feature uses AI technology, which may include third-party models, and allows Zoom Phone users to initiate an AI-generated call summary. At the end of the call, the summary is automatically accessible through the user’s call history logs in the Zoom app or web portal and can be edited and emailed.
