Managing Number Reputation in Number Management
Account owners and admins with the Zoom Enterprise Spam Registration license can access comprehensive spam score reports for their registered phone numbers to monitor reputation health using the Number Reputation section within Number Management.
Number Reputation displays detailed information, including phone numbers, registration status, spam likelihood ratings, and performance scores across four key metrics: maturity, connection, engagement, and sentiment. Reports are exportable as CSV files to support external analysis and tracking trends over time. This transparency in spam management enables proactive identification of problem numbers and supports corrective actions to maintain calling effectiveness.
