Adding Pexels stock images to your Zoom Whiteboard

Zoom Whiteboard includes a built-in integration with Pexels, a free stock photo library allowing you to search and add high-quality images from creators directly to your canvas. This feature helps enhance your whiteboards with professional visuals without leaving the Zoom environment.

Requirements for using Pexels in Zoom Whiteboard

• Zoom desktop app for Windows, macOS, or Linux: Global minimum version or higher
• Zoom Web App
• Zoom Whiteboard enabled for your account by an administrator
• Zoom Whiteboard Plus license for advance features (if applicable)

How to add Pexels images to your Whiteboard

1. Create or open a whiteboard.
2. In the toolbar on the left side of the screen, click the ellipses icon  then click Pexels images.
3. Enter a search term in the search field.
4. Browse through the image results and click on an image to insert it onto your canvas.
5. Use the object handles to move, resize, or rotate your selected image as needed.
