Understanding Chat Channel member roles in Zoom Frontline Worker
With the Zoom Frontline Worker application, chat channels are automatically created for each shift group. These channels help frontline teams communicate, manage tasks, and access operational data such as shift and attendance summaries. To ensure proper management and data access, each member in a chat channel is assigned one of three roles: Channel Owner, Channel Admin, or Channel Member. These roles can be can be managed by shift group managers and admins whencreating or editing a shift group.
