Managing multiple subscriptions license for Zoom Webinars Plus and Events
Zoom's multiple subscription quoting (MSQ) feature lets enterprise admins and channel partners manage multiple, non-co-terminous subscriptions within a single account. This provides flexibility for different purchasing needs, usage plans, and contract durations across departments or regions. With MSQ, you can purchase Zoom products with varying terms and start dates, allowing deals that include subscriptions of different durations to meet your organization’s complex requirements.
The system tracks each user’s individual license start and end dates to determine product eligibility, core experience availability, and feature access periods. By matching license validity directly to subscription timelines rather than account-level dates, MSQ ensures more accurate access control.
If you have questions about how to sign up for multiple subscriptions with quoting or licensing, contact our sales team for more information.
