With the Zoom Tasks dashboard, users can stay more organized with dedicated sections for new, current, and overdue tasks. This centralized view provides a clear overview of their workload and streamlines task management.
The New suggestions section of the Zoom Tasks dashboard lets users view potential tasks generated by AI Companion during their meetings. The following actions are available for suggested tasks:
Mark as done: Marks the task as completed.
Add to my tasks : Adds the task to your task list.
Dismiss : Deletes the task.
In addition to the above actions, users can click or tap the task’s Title to view its details, or click the meeting title below the Title to view the details for the meeting associated with the task.
Use the Due this week section
The Due this week section of the Zoom Tasks dashboard lets users view a list of all open tasks with a Due date schedule for the current week. The following actions are available for suggested tasks:
Mark as done: Marks the task as completed.
In addition to the above action, users can click or tap the task’s Title to view its details.
Use the Overdue section
The Overdue section of the Zoom Tasks dashboard lets users view a list of all open tasks that are overdue. The following actions are available for overdue tasks:
Mark as done : Marks the task as completed.

Use the Completed tasks section
The Completed tasks section of the Zoom Tasks dashboard shows a list of all tasks completed in the current week. The following actions are available for completed tasks:
Reopen : Reopens the completed task.
