Using the Zoom Tasks dashboard

With the Zoom Tasks dashboard, users can stay more organized with dedicated sections for new, current, and overdue tasks. This centralized view provides a clear overview of their workload and streamlines task management.

How to navigate to the Zoom Tasks dashboard

Windows | macOS | Linux
  1. Sign in to the Zoom Workplace app.
  2. Click the Tasks tab .
    Note: If you do not see the Tasks tab, click the More tab, then click Tasks
  3. In the left navigation, click Home .
    At the top of the dashboard, a summary of your tasks will be displayed with the following metrics:
  4. Click on the card to navigate directly to the section to view/manage the associated tasks. 
  5. (Optional) Click the Refresh  button to refresh the dashboard. 
Android | iOS
  1. Sign in to the Zoom Workplace mobile app.
  2. Tap the Tasks tab .
    Note: If you do not see the Tasks tab, tap the More tab, then tap Tasks
  3. Tap Home.
    At the top of the dashboard, a summary of your tasks will be displayed with the following metrics:

How to use the Zoom Tasks dashboard

Use the New suggestions section

The New suggestions section of the Zoom Tasks dashboard lets users view potential tasks generated by AI Companion during their meetings. The following actions are available for suggested tasks:

In addition to the above actions, users can click or tap the task’s Title to view its details, or click the meeting title below the Title to view the details for the meeting associated with the task. 

Use the Due this week section

The Due this week section of the Zoom Tasks dashboard lets users view a list of all open tasks with a Due date schedule for the current week. The following actions are available for suggested tasks:

Use the Overdue section

The Overdue section of the Zoom Tasks dashboard lets users view a list of all open tasks that are overdue. The following actions are available for overdue tasks:

Use the Completed tasks section

The Completed tasks section of the Zoom Tasks dashboard shows a list of all tasks completed in the current week. The following actions are available for completed tasks:
