Using Zoom Whiteboard's AI diagramming with Amazon Quick Suite

You can now bring Zoom Whiteboard’s AI-powered diagramming into Amazon Quick Suite. Use your chat context, documents, and data to generate diagrams, maps, and structured visuals on demand. Create brainstorming boards, plan sessions faster, and turn insights from Quick Suite into clear visuals directly in Zoom Whiteboard.

How it works

  1. Connect Zoom Whiteboard’s MCP integration within Amazon Quick Suite.
  2. Browse available MCP integrations here: Amazon Quick Suite MCP Integration Guide.
  3. In a Quick Suite chat, mention Zoom Whiteboard to trigger AI-powered Whiteboard features.

What you can do

  • Ask Zoom Whiteboard to create a meeting discussion template.
  • Generate flow diagrams or planning maps from your current context.
  • Visualize Quick Suite data instantly as collaborative Whiteboards.

Tip: Use conversational prompts like “Create a project kickoff board in Zoom Whiteboard” or “Diagram this workflow”.

How to use

  1. Set up an MCP integration in Amazon Quick Suite. Follow AWS’s MCP setup guide.
  2. Open Quick Suite chat from the top-right corner to start a conversation.
  3. Prompt Zoom Whiteboard with a request like “Generate an auth flow diagram in Zoom Whiteboard”.
  4. Quick Suite generates the diagram directly in chat and opens it in the Zoom Whiteboard.

How to remove the Amazon Quick Suite app

  1. Log in to the App Marketplace web portal.
  2. Click Manage and then click Added Apps.
  3. Next to the AWS Quick Suite app, click Remove.

Data Security

This app stores access credentials in the local data store:

  • Zoom OAuth credentials (both user-level only) are stored in an encrypted database.
