- Visualize Quick Suite data instantly as collaborative Whiteboards.
Tip: Use conversational prompts like “Create a project kickoff board in Zoom Whiteboard” or “Diagram this workflow”.
How to use
- Set up an MCP integration in Amazon Quick Suite. Follow AWS’s MCP setup guide.
- Open Quick Suite chat from the top-right corner to start a conversation.
- Prompt Zoom Whiteboard with a request like “Generate an auth flow diagram in Zoom Whiteboard”.
- Quick Suite generates the diagram directly in chat and opens it in the Zoom Whiteboard.
How to remove the Amazon Quick Suite app
- Log in to the App Marketplace web portal.
- Click Manage and then click Added Apps.
- Next to the AWS Quick Suite app, click Remove.
Data Security
This app stores access credentials in the local data store:
- Zoom OAuth credentials (both user-level only) are stored in an encrypted database.

- Zoom whiteboards [whiteboard:write:whiteboard]: The app utilizes access to Zoom Whiteboard to create the contextually visualized whiteboards.
