Requirements for using scorecard notifications
- Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Zoom Phone standalone account
- Licensed user with Zoom Revenue Accelerator license
- Sales Supervisor role or any custom roles with Scorecard Management permission
Limitations of scorecard notifications
- Only one condition can be configured per scorecard
How to enable scorecard notifications
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal with an account with the privilege to edit scorecards.
- Create or edit a basic or automated scorecard.
- In the scorecard’s settings, check the box for Collect conversations or notify by score range.
How to configure scorecard notifications
- Enable scorecard notifications for a scorecard.
- Configure the following settings:
How to access scorecard-generated playlists
- Access the Playlist tab.
- In the search bar, enter the name of the playlist you wish to find.
Note: by default, if you were assigned access to the playlist, you will already be following the playlist. - Click the playlist’s name to access it.
How to view Team Chat channel notifications:
- Access Zoom Team Chat.
- Locate the channel that was configured to be notified.
- Inside the channel, scorecard notifications will appear in the following format:
- Title: The title will include the sales representative’s name, their score, and the conversation.
- Body: The body will contain the name of the scorecard and the reason why the notification was sent (e.g., “this score falls within the 0%-50% range).
- View detail: Click this button to be taken to the triggering conversation to view its scorecard.
Zoom Revenue Accelerator features both basic scorecards and automated scorecards. As every conversation that takes place within an organization has the potential to be scored, this can lead to a vast array of scorecards in need of review. Conversations collected by a scorecard’s collection/notification settings can be added to playlists and/or sent as a notification directly to a Zoom Team Chat channel. With scorecard notifications, finding conversations that present coaching opportunities becomes automated and manageable through a series of preconfigured parameters, increasing time that can be dedicated to coaching based on scorecard results.
