Integrating Outreach with Zoom Auto Dialer

The Outreach integration for Zoom Auto Dialer allows data to be synced between the platforms for streamlined access to contacts. Data flows can be controlled by administrators, allowing for fine tuning of resource mapping between applications. Contacts can also be synced between Zoom Auto Dialer and Outreach via sequences. Once enabled and configured, this tool improves the data synchronization and usability for Zoom Auto Dialer.

How to integrate Outreach with Zoom Auto Dialer

Enabling the Outreach Integration

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as a user with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Account Management, then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab, then click Dialer.
  4. In the integration enablement section, under Outreach, click Connect.
    You will be taken to an Outreach page to authorize Zoom.
  5. In the Authorization required window, click Authorize.
    Outreach for Zoom Auto Dialer will be enabled for your account.

Configure the Outreach Integration

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as a user with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Account Management, then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab, then click Dialer.
  4. In the integration enablement section, under Outreach, click Configure.
    You will be taken to the Outreach configuration page.
  5. Configure Outreach using the following options:
  6. Click Save.
    Your configurations will be saved. Once your disposition mappings are saved, they will be available as disposition options during live calls.

Disconnect the Outreach integration

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as a user with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Account Management, then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab, then click Dialer.
  4. In the integration enablement section, next to Outreach, click Disconnect.
    A pop-up will appear.
  5. (Optional) In the pop-up that appears, click the Remove all Outreach data from Zoom Auto Dialer to delete all Outreach-related data from Zoom once the integration is disconnected.
    Note: This cannot be undone.
  6. Click Disconnect.
    Your Hubspot integration will be disconnected.
  7. Using the Outreach integration for Zoom Auto Dialer

Connect the Outreach integration at the user level

  1. Access Zoom Auto Dialer.
  2. Click the Call list dropdown, then click Connect next to the Outreach integration in the dropdown.
    You will be taken to an Outreach page to connect Outreach and Zoom Auto Dialer.
  3. In the Authorization required pop-up, click Authorize.
    The Outreach integration will be authorized.

Disconnect the Outreach integration at the user level

  1. Connect Outreach for Zoom Auto Dialer as a user.
  2. Access Zoom Auto Dialer.
  3. Under Call list, click the leftmost dropdown and then click Outreach.
  4. To the right of the Call list dropdowns, click the disconnect [x] icon to disconnect the Outreach integration.

Use the Outreach integration with Zoom Auto Dialer

  1. Connect Outreach for Zoom Auto Dialer as a user.
  2. Access Zoom Auto Dialer.
  3. Under Call list, click the leftmost dropdown and then click Outreach.
  4. To the right of the Outreach dropdown, click the dropdown and select the sequence you wish to view.
    The selected sequence will populate the call list.

Switch to CRM/CSV/API contacts

  1. Access Zoom Auto Dialer.
  2. Under Call list, click the leftmost dropdown and then click CRM/CSV/API to import contacts from a CRM, CSV, or via API.
  3. (Optional) Switch back to Outreach contacts by clicking the leftmost dropdown again and choosing Outreach.
