Integrating HubSpot with Zoom Auto Dialer
The HubSpot integration for Zoom Auto Dialer allows data to be synced between the platforms for streamlined access to contacts. Data flows can be controlled by administrators, allowing for fine tuning of resource mapping between applications. Contacts can also be synced between Zoom Auto Dialer and HubSpot via segments. Once enabled and configured, this tool improves the data synchronization and usability for Zoom Auto Dialer.
Requirements for using HubSpot with Zoom Auto Dialer
- Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Zoom Phone standalone account
- Privilege to edit account settings (to configure HubSpot with Zoom Auto Dialer)
- Zoom Auto Dialer add-on for Zoom Phone
- Zoom desktop app for Windows, macOS, or Linux: Global minimum version or higher
Limitations of the HubSpot integration for Zoom Auto Dialer
- Segments synced to Zoom Auto Dialer must contain fewer than 5,000 contacts.
How to integrate HubSpot with Zoom Auto Dialer
Enable the HubSpot integration
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as a user with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation pane, click Account Management, then Account Settings.
- Click the Revenue Accelerator tab, then click Dialer.
- In the Integration enablement section, next to HubSpot, click Connect.
You will be taken to a HubSpot page to authorize Zoom. - In the Authorization required window, click Authorize.
HubSpot for Zoom Auto Dialer will be enabled for your account.
Configure the HubSpot integration
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as a user with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation pane, click Account Management, then Account Settings.
- Click the Revenue Accelerator tab, then click Dialer.
- In the integration enablement section, under HubSpot, click Configure.
You will be taken to the HubSpot configuration page. - Configure HubSpot using the following options:
- Fields: Add or remove HubSpot fields synced between Auto Dialer and HubSpot.
- Disposition Type Mapping: Map dispositions from HubSpot to existing Zoom Auto Dialer dispositions. The left column features HubSpot dispositions while the right column features the Zoom Auto Dialer disposition types.
- Call Scenario to Disposition Mapping: Map an existing Zoom Auto Dialer call scenario (e.g., Voicemail dropped, Call stopped, etc.) to a Hubspot disposition.
- Click Save.
Your configurations will be saved. Once your disposition mappings are saved, they will be available as disposition options during live calls.
Disconnect the HubSpot integration
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as a user with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation pane, click Account Management, then Account Settings.
- Click the Revenue Accelerator tab, then click Dialer.
- In the integration enablement section, next to HubSpot, click Disconnect.
A pop-up will appear. - (Optional) In the pop-up that appears, click the Remove all HubSpot data from Zoom Auto Dialer to delete all HubSpot-related data from Zoom once the integration is disconnected.
Note: This cannot be undone. - Click Disconnect.
Your Hubspot integration will be disconnected.
How to use the HubSpot integration for Zoom Auto Dialer
Connect the HubSpot integration at the user level
- Access Zoom Auto Dialer.
- Click the Call list dropdown, then click Connect next to the HubSpot integration in the dropdown.
You will be taken to a HubSpot page to connect HubSpot and Zoom Auto Dialer. - In the Authorization required pop-up, click Authorize.
The HubSpot integration will be authorized.
Use the HubSpot integration with Zoom Auto Dialer
- Connect HubSpot for Zoom Auto Dialer as a user.
- Access Zoom Auto Dialer.
- Under Call list, click the Enter or select segment dropdown, then choose a HubSpot segment.
The segment will sync from HubSpot to Auto Dialer.
Note: Zoom Auto Dialer only supports segments with fewer than 5,000 contacts. If your segment has more contacts than this, you will need to edit the segment before syncing. - Once the segment has finished syncing, contacts and their data will appear on the Dialer page.
