Using OneDrive for Organizations (Application) app

ZoomMate allows users to ask questions and retrieve information from Zoom content or connected sources directly in their browser. The OneDrive for Organizations (Application) app enables ZoomMate to access and use your organization’s Microsoft OneDrive content as contextual information when generating responses.

When enabled by account admins and connected by users, ZoomMate can access supported Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint directory content to understand organizational context, surface relevant information, and assist users more effectively in their daily work.

Account admins can configure this app connection to map with your organization's existing Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint permissions. Content is only accessible according to the permissions already granted in Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint, and no additional access is introduced.

How your data is used

Zoom's OneDrive for Organizations (Application) marketplace app allows Zoom access to your Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint files, folders, and organizational directory data. To do so, you'll need to share Microsoft OneDrive and Sharepoint permissions. The permissions you'll share with include:

Access OneDrive content: Zoom will have permission to view and access OneDrive and SharePoint files and folders from your organization, as well as user directory information.

By authorizing this connection, the Microsoft OneDrive for Organizations app maintains ongoing access to your information.

Other Permissions
