Enabling Zoom Virtual Agent Zoho integration

This article explains how to enable and manage the integration between Zoom Virtual Agent and Zoho through the Zoom web portal. 

Requirements for enabling Zoom Virtual Agent Zoho integration

• Account owner or admin privileges for the Zoom web portal and Zoho
• Basic, Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account
• Zoom Virtual Agent license
• Edit access to Virtual Agent product

How to enable Zoom Virtual Agent Zoho integration

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation menu, click AI Studio then Integrations.
3. In the Marketplace tools, click Zoho then Connect.
   A new tab will open to begin the authentication process.
4. Enter your Zoho credentials and submit them.
5. When Zoho requests access to your account, click Accept, then Confirm to complete the connection.
6. Once authentication is successful, the integration will appear on your Integrations page.
7. In the navigation menu, click AI Studio then Integrations.
   You will see the Zoho application with an Active status.

How to use Zoho integration with ZVA voice or chat agents

1. In the navigation menu, click AI Studio then Tool Templates.
2. Click the Marketplace tab.
3. Expand Zoho for Zoom to view the list of supported tools.
4. Create a voice or chat agent and use the desired Zoho tools accordingly.
