Enabling Zoom Virtual Agent Zoho Inventory integration
This article explains how to enable and manage the integration between Zoom Virtual Agent and Zoho Inventory through the Zoom web portal.
Requirements for enabling Zoom Virtual Agent Zoho Inventory integration
- Account owner or admin privileges for the Zoom web portal and Zoho Inventory
- Basic, Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account
- Zoom Virtual Agent license
- Edit access to Virtual Agent product
How to enable Zoom Virtual Agent Zoho Inventory integration
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click AI Studio then Integrations.
- In the Marketplace tools, click Zoho Inventory then Connect.
A new tab will open to begin the authentication process. - Enter your Zoho Inventory credentials and submit them.
- When Zoho Inventory requests access to your account, click Accept, then Confirm to complete the connection.
- Once authentication is successful, the integration will appear on your Integrations page.
- In the navigation menu, click AI Studio then Integrations.
You will see the Zoho Inventory application with an Active status.
How to use Zoho Inventory integration with ZVA voice or chat agents
- In the navigation menu, click AI Studio then Tool Templates.
- Click the Marketplace tab.
- Expand Zoho Inventory for Zoom to view the list of supported tools.
- Create a voice or chat agent and use the desired Zoho Inventory tools accordingly.
