Enabling Zoom Virtual Agent SendGrid integration
This article explains how to enable and manage the integration between Zoom Virtual Agent and SendGrid through the Zoom web portal.
Requirements for enabling Zoom Virtual Agent SendGrid integration
- Account owner or admin privileges for the Zoom web portal and SendGrid
- Basic, Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account
- Zoom Virtual Agent license
- Edit access to Virtual Agent product
How to enable Zoom Virtual Agent SendGrid integration
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click AI Studio then Integrations.
- In the Marketplace tools, click SendGrid then Connect.
A new tab will open to begin the authentication process. - Enter your SendGrid credentials and submit them.
- When SendGrid requests access to your account, click Accept, then Confirm to complete the connection.
- Once authentication is successful, the integration will appear on your Integrations page.
- In the navigation menu, click AI Studio then Integrations.
You will see the SendGrid application with an Active status.
How to use SendGrid integration with ZVA voice or chat agents
- In the navigation menu, click AI Studio then Tool Templates.
- Click the Marketplace tab.
- Expand SendGrid for Zoom to view the list of supported tools.
- Create a voice or chat agent and use the desired SendGrid tools accordingly.
