Adding charts in Zoom Slides
If you need to clearly present and organize information, for example, when showcasing data or comparing details in your slides, you can use the charts feature to help structure your content within your presentation.
How to add charts in a slide
- Create or open a presentation.
- In the top toolbar, click the Insert, then click Chart.
- Select the type of chart:
- Bar chart: Displays data using horizontal bars.
- Column chart: Displays data using vertical bars.
- Line chart: Displays data points connected by lines.
- Pie chart: Displays data as slices of a circle.
- Donut chart: Displays data as a ring-shaped chart with a hollow center.
How to manage a chart
To manage a table using the Design tool:
- Within a slide, click on the desired chart.
- In the toolbar, click Format options.
The following options will be available:
- Size & Position: Adjust the chart's size and position on the slide, including its alignment.
- Edit data: Opens a table for editing the chart data.
- Chart type: Change the type of chart.
- Chart title: Display or hide the title text at the top of the chart.
- Theme: Select the color theme for the chart.
- Legend: Show or hide the legend that identifies data series in the chart.
- Value labels: Display or hide numerical values on data points within the chart.
- Category labels: Show or hide labels for categories along the chart axis.
- Scale labels: Display or hide numerical scale markers along the chart axis.
- Font of legend and labels: Customize the font style, color, type, and size for the chart's legend and data labels.
- Category axis: Show or hide the category axis lines of the chart
- Scale axis: Show or hide the scale axis lines of the chart
- Grid: Display or hide grid lines that help read values in the chart.
