Adding charts to Zoom Sheets

Zoom Sheets allows you to visually represent and analyze your data by adding charts to your spreadsheet. Charts transform raw data into visual formats like bar graphs, line charts, and pie charts, making it easier to identify trends, compare values, and communicate insights effectively.

How to add a chart to a spreadsheet

  1. Open a spreadsheet.
  2. In the toolbar, click the Insert chart icon.
    Note: If you do not see the Insert chart option, click the More icon , then click the Insert chart icon.
  3. Under Chart Type, select the desired chart style:
  4. Under Data range, enter the cell range for the chart.
    Note: Click the Show data in hidden rows and columns checkbox to include data in hidden cells.
  5. (Optional) Configure either the X-axis or Y-axis categories.
  6. (Optional) Under Series, add and configure data series for the chart.
  7. (Optional) Click the Custom Style tab to configure additional formatting for the chart:
