- Account owner or admin privileges for the Zoom web portal and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Basic, Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account
- Zoom Virtual Agent license
- Edit access to Virtual Agent product
How to enable Zoom Virtual Agent Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click AI Studio then Integrations.
- In the Marketplace tools, click Microsoft Dynamics 365 then Connect.
A new tab will open to begin the authentication process. - Enter your Microsoft Dynamics 365 credentials and submit them.
- When Microsoft Dynamics 365 requests access to your account, click Accept, then Confirm to complete the connection.
- Once authentication is successful, the integration will appear on your Integrations page.
- In the navigation menu, click AI Studio then Integrations.
You will see the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application with an Active status.

- Click the Marketplace tab.
