How to install and configure Audioscrape Connector

  1. Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace with your Zoom account.
  2. In the top right of your screen, enter Audioscrape Connector in the search box to find the app
  3. In your search results, find the Audioscrape Connector app and click it. Note: If the app is not pre-approved, please contact your Zoom admin to approve the app for your account
  4. Click Add.
  5. Confirm the permissions the app requires, then click Allow. You will then be redirected to Audioscrape to authenticate your Audioscrape Account and authorize Zoom. Once completed, you will return to the configuration page.

How to configure Audioscrape Connector

After installing the app from the Zoom App Marketplace, you can start configuring the Audioscrape Connector within AI Studio.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click AI Studio, then click Tool Templates.
  3. Click the MCP tab.
  4. Click Sync to verify your applications are synced.
  5. Go to Custom Agents and create a new custom agent from scratch or select a template.
  6. Once your agent is created, navigate to Tools.
  7. Click Add Tools, and search for Audioscrape Connector.
  8. Click Next to authorize your account.
  9. After successful authorization, select some or all of the tools offered by the MCP server and click Save.
    You're now ready to start chatting with your agent.

How to use the Audioscrape Connector

After setting up the Audioscrape Connector, users can interact with it directly through AI Companion using natural language commands to access Audioscrape's features.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom Workplace desktop app.
  2. Click the Home tab or click the AI Companion icon from your active tab.
  3. In the Write a message or type field, enter a prompt to begin searching for information in Audioscape's library.

How to remove the Audioscrape Connector

  1. Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace with your Zoom account.
  2. In the top right of the page, click Manage.
  3. In the navigation menu, click Added Apps.
  4. Next to the Audioscrape Connector app, click Remove
  5. Confirm the dialogue and click Remove.
