How to set up business address verification for Zoom Phone Mobile UK
Follow these steps to complete your business address verification and enable number provisioning for Zoom Phone Mobile UK.
Submit Business Address and documents in Number Management
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Number Management then Phone Numbers.
- At the top of the page, click the Related Features dropdown, then click Business Address & Documents.
- In the top-right corner, click Add Address.
- Complete the following steps:
- In the Product dropdown, select Phone.
- In the Country/Region dropdown, select United Kingdom.
- In the Number Type & Capability dropdown, select Mobile - eSIM.
- Enter business information:
- Business Address: Enter your complete UK business address (worldwide addresses are not accepted for UK mobile eSIM).
- Customer Name (legal business name): Enter your company's official registered business name exactly as it appears on official documents.
- Business Registration Information: Provide one of the following:
- Companies House registration number (for UK-registered companies)
- Commercial register excerpt and business registration number (for non-UK registered businesses)
- Registration certificate or tax document (for non-profit organizations not registered with the UK Charity Commission)
- Upload the following Business Documentation:
Note: Accepted file types include JPG/JPEG, PNG, PDF, DOC, and DOCX. The maximum upload size is 10MB.
- Proof of Business: Copy of business registration (for example, Companies House registration, commercial register excerpt, or registration certificate).
- Proof of Identity of company representative: Copy of government-issued ID of the authorized representative.
- Proof of Address: Provide any of the following that shows the UK business address:
- Company utility bill (not more than 6 months old)
- Tax notice
- Title deed
- Rent payment receipt (not more than 6 months old).
- Review all entered information and uploaded documents for accuracy.
- Click Save to submit your business address verification request.
Your submission automatically generates a verification ticket for the Zoom Porting team. The verification status will display as Pending in the Business Address & Documents section. The Porting team will review your documents and verify your business address. Once approved, the status will update to Verified.
How to manage temporary numbers after verification
After verification is complete, temporary telephone numbers will become available in your account.
Understanding temporary numbers
When you're porting business mobile numbers to Zoom Phone Mobile UK, you'll use temporary numbers during the transition period. The UK porting process requires each subscriber to be provisioned with a temporary number before the port request can be submitted. This ensures your subscriber record exists in the system and enables a smooth transition when your ported number becomes active. At the scheduled port cutover time:
- Your ported number automatically replaces the temporary number
- The eSIM assigned to the subscriber remains unchanged—only the phone number changes
- The temporary number is automatically returned to the Zoom number pool and becomes available for reuse
- No manual intervention is required from you
Access temporary numbers
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Number Management then Phone Numbers.
- At the top of the page, click the Related Features dropdown, then click Business Address & Documents.
- Confirm the status shows Verified.
View available numbers
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.

No. Porting in to Zoom Phone Mobile UK is only available for business mobile numbers on business accounts.
