Activating Liminal Apps through the Zoom Enhanced Media add-on

Liminal production tools, ZoomOSC, ZoomISO, Tiles, and Graphics Toolkit, are a suite of production tools for live events and broadcasts that are included in the Zoom Enhanced Media license. This article shows how to properly activate them for users with this license. Customers with the Enhanced Media license can sign in to the apps with their Zoom accounts to unlock full functionality. The Liminal Apps are included with Enhanced Media, and no separate purchase is needed to unlock full functionality across multiple devices.

Note: Account owner or admin privileges are required to purchase and assign licenses. Support for Enhanced Media to activate the Liminal Apps will be added to the upcoming release versions listed above.

How to activate Liminal App production tools through Zoom Enhanced Media

  1. As an account owner or admin, purchase and assign a Zoom Enhanced Media license to a user in your organization, or assign it to yourself.
  2. Download and launch the Liminal App you want. Click a link below to open the selected Liminal App’s download page:
  3. Click Download Now.
    You will be directed to a page with a form for you to complete.
  4. Fill out the form, and click Submit.
    You will receive an email with a link to download and install the app.
  5. Sign in to the Liminal App using the Zoom account assigned with the Enhanced Media license.
  6. In the app, click the Sign in tab, then select Sign in with Zoom.
    A new browser window will appear asking you to confirm which account you want to sign in with.
  7. Sign in using the Zoom account with the Enhanced Media license assigned.
  8. Agree to the required app permissions. If you are unable to approve the app for use on this account, please contact your account admin for Zoom App Marketplace approval.
    Once signed in, the app activates automatically and is ready to use. If sign-in fails, contact your account admin to confirm your license assignment.

Note: Liminal Apps can join any meeting or webinar that the signed-in account is permitted to join, including meetings or webinars scheduled on a different Zoom account.
