Assigning Zoom CX Insights license

Before users can access Zoom CX Insights, they must be assigned a CX Insights license. This article walks you through the steps to assign CX Insights licenses, configure permission roles, add users to those roles, and access CX Insights from the Zoom web portal.

How to assign a CX Insights license

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click User Management then Users.
  3. Search for the specific user who needs access.
  4. To the right of the user's email or name, click Edit.
  5. Under Licenses and add-ons, check the CX Insights Leader box.
  6. Click Save.

How to give permission to add users to CX insights role

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click User Management then Roles.
  3. In the last column of the role you want to edit, click the pencil icon .
  4. Under Role settings, click Contact Center.
  5. Under CX Insights, check the box under Edit.

How to add users to the CX Insights role

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click User Management then Roles.
  3. Click the CX Insights tab.
  4. Click CX Insights Leader (Default).
  5. Click Add members and add the appropriate users as members of this role.

How to access CX Insights from the Zoom web portal

Once licenses are assigned, CX Insights will be accessible from a new entry point in the admin portal.
  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu under Personal, click CX Insights.
