How your data is used
This integration accesses and uses the following information from your Zoom Docs account to automate workflows:
- Doc editor and mentioned users’ identity information (User Name, User ID, User Email): This is used to identify the parties editing a doc or one or more users mentioned in a data table and populate fields in third-party actions (e.g., inserting the Doc Editor Name into a Slack message).
- Data table events (new row created, row modified, user mentioned): These are used as triggers to initiate workflows when a data table row is created, modified, or a user is mentioned in a table.
- Data table content (content in primary column, column name, column ID, URL to row): This is used to provide specific context about the content that has changed and populate fields in third-party actions (e.g., inserting new column content in a Slack message).
