Enable Continuous Meeting Chat setting renamed for improved user understanding

The Enable Continuous Meeting Chat setting has been renamed to Allow users to access meeting chats before and after the meeting. The functionality remains the same; only the name and description have been updated for better user understanding. If your account previously had continuous meeting chat enabled, the same configuration is preserved automatically

The Allow users to access meeting chats before and after the meeting setting controls whether participants can view and send messages in the meeting chat outside the live meeting session. When enabled, participants can continue their conversation in the same meeting chat space before the meeting starts and after it ends, ensuring all messages, files, and shared content remain accessible throughout the meeting lifecycle.
